Clayfulness Course

21 May - 2 July, Wednesdays, 6pm - 7.30pm

Descrition

This course is held in a small group, with no more than six participants, offering a therapeutic experience enriched by shared experience, meaningful connections, and co-created insight. Clayfulness™ is a somatic-psychodynamic approach that supports nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness through therapeutic claywork. This 7-weeks course invites you to slow down, connect with your body, and explore your inner landscape within a supportive small-group setting (maximum 6 participants). Each session begins with a hands-on C.L.A.Y. meditation, guiding you through four stages of somatic relaxation: C – Calming L – Loosening A – Aligning Y – Yielding This guided sequence helps settle your nervous system, deepen your awareness and enhance your somatic intuition. From this relaxed and receptive space, you’re invited to shape the clay intuitively—creating abstract or figural forms that emerge organically through your hands. No sculpting experience is needed—just an openness to explore and to trust your body's wisdom. We end each session with reflective journaling to support insight, integration, and personal transformation. Over the course of seven weeks, you’ll progressively deepen your connection to your body, creativity, and inner wisdom.
